If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products you may return the unused item within ten days for credit or refund.
Please check all merchandise before using. Parts must be returned in the original undamaged packaging and are subject to inspection. All shipments must be prepaid. COD shipments will be refused.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. If you decide you don't need the part, we don't mind taking it back but we can't recover the shipping cost.
Refunds typically take 1-2 weeks to be issued. Providing us with a return tracking number will ensure a faster refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as you paid, (i.e. Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place the order).

Core Returns -
Core charges will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of applicable parts. Cores must be returned in original packaging.
All cores are subject to inspection and may be subject to charge backs due to any external damage and the Nissan box must not have any writing on the outside.
Freight charges for return cores are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept after market or non Nissan parts for core returns.
